Our Team

Matt Wojewuczki – President

Matt has a Mechanical Engineering degree from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor in addition to an MBA in Finance from Western New England College.  He has over 30 years of experience with manufacturing and supply chain, including both corporate and consulting experience.  He retired as a Lt Col from the US Air Force in 2013. 

Doyle McCauley - Vice President

Doyle has dedicated his career of 25+ years in Two Step Distribution with an emphasis on customer growth, retention, and satisfaction. He attended Ball State University in Muncie, Indiana studying Marketing. 

John Christophersen - International Sales Manager

John brings over 40+ years of experience with Deister Concentrator and is well-known and highly respected in the mineral and mining industries. He brings extensive knowledge of concentrating tables, heavy media cyclones, classifying cyclones, column flotation, heated screening, and hydraulic classifiers.  John is a graduate of Michigan Technological University with a Bachelor of Science in Metallurgical Engineering – Mineral Dressing.

Josh Nordman - Plant Supervisor

Josh has been with Deister Concentrator since 2007.  He holds an Associate's Degree in Computer and Electronics Engineering Technology from Indiana Institute of Technology.  Josh oversees scheduling, purchasing, vendor relations, cost estimating, inventory, customer support, specialty builds, and fulfilling parts orders.

Connor Ruby - Operations

Connor has been with Deister Concentrator since 2021.  He attended Purdue University Fort Wayne

Jennifer Schweitzer - Controller

Jen has been with Deister Concentrator since 2010.  She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Indiana University.

Kristin Powell - Marketing Coordinator

Kristin has been with Deister Concentrator since 2019.  She holds a Bachelor's degree in Communications from Ball State University.
