Josh Nordman - General Manager
Josh has been with Deister Concentrator since 2007. He holds an Associate's Degree in Computer and Electronics Engineering Technology from Indiana Institute of Technology. Josh oversees scheduling, purchasing, vendor relations, cost estimating, inventory, customer support, specialty builds, and fulfilling parts orders.
Connor Ruby - Operations
Connor has been with Deister Concentrator since 2021. He attended Purdue University Fort Wayne and received a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering/Mechanical Engineering Technology.
Jennifer Schweitzer - Controller
Jen has been with Deister Concentrator since 2010. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Indiana University.
Kristin Powell - Marketing Coordinator
Kristin graduated from Ball State University in 2012 with a Bachelor's in Communications and Business Management. After joining Deister in 2019, her role now spans across all divisions of NA Holding.
Matt Wojewuczki – Owner
Matt has a Mechanical Engineering degree from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor in addition to an MBA in Finance from Western New England College. He has over 30 years of experience with manufacturing and supply chain, including both corporate and consulting experience. He retired as a Lt Col from the US Air Force in 2013.
Doyle McCauley - Owner
Doyle has dedicated his career of 25+ years in Two Step Distribution with an emphasis on customer growth, retention, and satisfaction. He attended Ball State University in Muncie, Indiana, studying Marketing.
