Suspended Tables
Quad 9 Concentrating Table
The Deister Concentrator suspended tables have been shown to outperform other concentrating tables. The Deister advantages of low maintenance and high recovery makes our solution the most economically sound choice.
The Quad 9 model features four parallel rhomboidal decks with customized rubber riffling; individual tilting mechanisms and turnbuckles allow for easy adjustment during operation. The decks are suspended from wire ropes and paired with a single gear-driven head motion.
The quad design allows for more capacity within the same footprint.

Deister suspended tables are designed for the concentration of a variety of minerals; the tables can also be used for recovery of values from slags, drosses, and sweepings, and in the removal of impurities from glass sand.
What minerals can our tables separate?
Barium (Barite)
Beach Sands (Ilmenite, Zircon, Rutile)
Chrome (Chromite)
Cobalt (Smaltite, Cobaltite)
Gold
Garnet
Manganese (Pyrolusite)
Tantalum (Tantalite)
Tin (Cassiterite)
Tungsten (Scheelite, Wolframite)
Rare Earth (Lanthanum, Cerium, Yttrium, Neodymium, etc)
